Richard serves clients in the role of Fractional CFO or Controller. He brings a data driven approach to solve problems and has cross functional experiences in finance, accounting, operations, product development and risk management. He improves performance through analytics, operational effectiveness and establishing accounting processes.
Prior to joining Warren Whitney, Richard provided fractional services in finance, controller-ship and risk to clients in the Richmond area. He worked with the local Italian meat purveyor Fiorucci Foods and the Richmond Start-up, Seasonal Roots. Before his consulting career, Richard had a +25-year career with GE and Genworth (GE Spin-off). At GE, Richard served in a diverse collection of industries, including Aircraft Engines, Medical Equipment, Computer Rental, Insurance, and Power Generation. Additionally, Richard has opened and operated a successful small business, allowing him an appreciation for the myriad of activities required to build, grow and operate a business.
