Mike Kelly is a Director of Warren Whitney, working with clients requiring senior level controllers or financial leadership. He brings over twenty-five years of experience helping organizations meet growth and performance targets through data driven analytics, building cohesive teams, and executing change management. He generally serves his clients in the role of controller, or accounting manager.

Prior to joining Warren Whitney, Mike served as the CFO of InProduction, Inc., one of the nations’ largest providers of seating and temporary structures in the sports, entertainment, and event industries. He ran the accounting, finance, HR, and IT departments as the company grew to a global scale. He oversaw the transition of ownership from the founding generation, to the second generation and lastly, to the company being sold to private equity investors.
Mike has also served in an advisory role for clients looking to acquire businesses. Prior to joining InProduction, Mike was a corporate tax manager for a publicly traded REIT and a national building products manufacturer and distributor. In these roles Mike was responsible for all tax compliance, planning, and tax provisions.
Mike began his career in public accounting with Deloitte & Touche and Keiter CPA primarily focusing on tax.
