This position is the “right hand extension of the President.” You will define and carry out daily activities that ensure smooth operations, to include:
• Participating with the President in client meetings
• Securing new business appointments
• Ensuring great customer service for existing clients
• Assisting in the development and maintenance of production schedules
• Supporting new application implementations
• Promoting successful completion of tasks and projects
If you are entrepreneurial and value intellectual curiosity, you will appreciate that this position is never quite “business as usual”. The role requires a dedication to getting things done and making things work. The qualified candidate will have a bachelor’s degree, be highly organized, and be detail oriented. Abstract reasoning, excellent written and verbal communication skills, professionalism and maturity are a must.
This is a full time, salaried position with benefits including health, dental, vision and a 401k match. The typical office hours are 8:30am to 5:00pm.
