Reinafe Lipscomb is a Senior Accountant with Warren Whitney. She offers more than 15 years of experience in various fields of accounting within multi-national organizations. Reinafe has experience within the following industries: banking, furniture manufacturing, food, retail and information technology.
Reinafe has more than 5 years of experience in the business process outsourcing industry which involves financial controlling, cost allocation, month-end accruals, MIS reporting, reference data management, fixed asset accounting, and monthly IFRS and quarterly USGAAP head office reporting. She has also set up several accounting systems using QuickBooks Online, Intacct and Netsuite. Reinafe has experience with the implementation and documentation of policies and procedures of various back office departments including Finance and Accounting, HR and IT.
Prior to joining Warren Whitney, Renaife worked with Deutsche Bank and led a team responsible for key expense controlling processes of the Middle East and North Africa region. She was on the team that migrated the expense controlling processes from Deutsche Bank Dubai. While at Deutsche Bank she facilitated training meetings on cost allocation and accrual processes attended by associates from various departments.
Reinafe is adept at bringing a quick resolution to challenging situations and finding a consensus amongst diverse agendas. She has a record of coaching that leads to greater productivity. She is skilled at ensuring that Service Level Agreements are fully complied with.
Reinafe worked with Ernst and Young Manila as a semi-senior external auditor for three tax seasons. She also worked as a senior internal auditor for a retail company.

Reinafe has an undergraduate degree in Business Administration and Accountancy from the University of the Philippines. She has participated in a number of professional trainings. Reinafe is also a Certified Public Accountant in the Philippines and is working towards being certified in Virginia.
